Anuthlem Buhn (Gordon Sebastian): You must understand the significance of our decision to negotiate. We have made this decision in spite of heavy reservations that we have had, when we see legislation, when we see documents that have been filed in the courts, saying that legislation has extinguished our aboriginal right. When the BC court of Appeal states that we have an unextinguished aboriginal right. We expect this position to change as of today. We expect that direction will be given to all ministries and cabinet. Our people have decided to give this government an opportunity to negotiate. This decision was done by the leadership of our high chiefs from Kispiox, Gitanmaax, Gitwangak, and the strong, strong leadership of the Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs…
