Dear Sirs:
An inspection of your road construction operations conducted on August 7, 1991, near the junction of the Babine river and Skeena River, as shown on the attached map, has revealed that road construction is being conducted under trespass. This is to advise that such cutting of timber and road construction is in contravention of Section 138 of the FOREST ACT, and must cease forthwith. This cutting and road construction is being dealt with as trespass and charges shall be assessed accordingly...
